REFUND POLICY

GlobalFXM customers can withdraw their funds and benefits whenever they need to.
To request a partial or complete withdrawal of funds from your account, click on "Withdrawal request" in your account.

We would like you to be informed that when making a withdrawal of funds from your Account you are requested to pay a commission fee, which is 4% from a withdrawal amount, which is necessary for the purpose of covering fees the company paying to payment processors for successful withdrawal procedure. If you make a withdrawal request on the company’s site, it means that you as a customer confirm your consent to pay 4% fee for withdrawal. Please consider that we take 5-7 business days to process your withdrawal request. Corresponding withdrawals will take up to 3 business days to reach your credit card or bank account.

According to generally acceptable AML rules and regulations, withdrawals must be performed only through the same bank account or credit/debit card that you used to deposit the funds.
Furthermore, when it comes to withdrawals, Client may be required to present additional information and documents.
